Assault weapons
I'd like to pose a simple question or two.
Why was it, after the horrific attacks of September 11th of 2001, the blame for nearly 3000 deaths was focused on the terrorists that flew the Boeing 757 and 767 airplanes and not on the planes themselves?
Where was the call to declare these to be Assault Airplanes and prohibit their use? Why not limit the number of passengers on these high-capacity planes to ten? Why isn't there an outcry to make the city of New York a Plane-Free zone?
